Sean, who I think is a local resident on Albert Embankment, made a great comment earlier today:
“This structure will completely block the view of Westminster from my balcony, so I would be much happier if it were 10 feet lower.”
We’ve actually tried to be really careful with the design of the sculpture to make sure that this isn’t the case. I just did the above drawing to explain how the maximum height of the structure is proposed to come up to about mid-balustrade height (not sure exactly which balcony is yours, Sean), with the rest of the arches being lower than this. We hope that the only thing that will be obscured by the arches from the balconies is a bit of the road along the river.

Thanks for the comment.
